Content Editor/Approval Workflow Setup
Permalink
Hello,
I am new to Concrete5. We are working on migrating our clients application from Concrete 5.3 to 8.x.
But before we can do that, we have to confirm that content editing and approval workflow features are working.
Could you please provide any links or documentation that I can use to review that the feature is working? Most of the forum page links end up from year 2010 or 2012; unless I add multiple filters.

Thank you for the link.
How can I display the "waiting for me" page after login to content approval users who are not administrators?

You just have to set whatever permissions you need on that page so users from other groups can see it.
My demo site has used the default site setup and I have applied the edit and approve changes permissions for the group on Home page.
Does inheritance from "Home" does not apply to "Team" or "Blog" pages?
Because the page does says that "This page inherits its permissions from: Home"?
* Please see the attachment.

i ahve the same question
I have groups (Writers and Editors); for "writers" do I have to include the "Dashboard" view permissions but then exclude all the other child pages view permissions manually under Dashboard except "Welcome" page?
How can I send the user to "Waiting for me" page after login, if the user does have access to "Waiting for me" page? or parent page of "Welcome"?
