2nd domain isn't available like the 1st one I bought

its no clue you see, when adding in the one-click ideas too the only choice there is my 1st, domain which leaves me with a single website feel how is this ( the new one 2nds get added for use ) Anyone?. oh and if your not to busy what does unlocking solve/?
