2nd installation of 5.7.5.6

I received the following message during install:

An exception occurred while executing 'insert into SystemContentEditorSnippets (scsHandle, scsName, pkgID) values (?, ?, ?)' with params [{"0":"page_name"}, {"0":"Page Name"}, 0]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'page_name' for key 'PRIMARY'.

Okay, I tried reinstalling with Concrete5.7.5.8 and received a different error message while it was creating blocks...

Any ideas? Does iPage have issues?
