404 error with /install

Wondering if anyone could help. I have downloaded the new Concrete5 from their website and put the files on the server however when I go to install the CMS system on the domain -http://www.cli-hosting.com I get redirected towww.www.cli-hosting.com/install... with the following error.... can anyone help?

Not Found

The requested URL /install was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2 Server at cli-hosting.com Port 80

Where can I find the permission folder?

the installation folder has set chmod 750

one time have uploaded the files to the server to create a database on your server and re-enter the address of your domain. Remember to give all the privileges the user to the database.
