404 on /index.php/install

I'm trying to install C5 using instruction found athttp://localhost/index.php/install,... but at point 6 I've 404 error instead of language selection page as described in instructions.

I'm using apache 2.4 with php 5.5.
In apache logs I see only this two lines:
127.0.0.1 - - [04/Mar/2016:16:29:50 +0100] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 302 404
127.0.0.1 - - [04/Mar/2016:16:29:50 +0100] "GET /index.php/install HTTP/1.1" 404 215


Have anyone idea what's might be wrong?
