5.3.3.1 crashed my site

I am hosted at bluehost and did a total site backup on Dec 6, This AM the 7th, I decide to do the upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.3.3.1 onwww.www.franklincommunityplayers.org....
The site crashed :
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type __PHP_Incomplete_Class as array in /home2/balloon4/public_html/franklincommunityplayers/concrete/models/collection_version.php on line 148
I created the sit from a standard theme included with the original install.
This is quite frustrating, as
I would like to keep the software current.
The site resides on the additional account athttp://www.balloonsafari.com with bluehost.
That accounts for the /balloon4/public_html. etc.
Any suggestions on how to best move the present site to 5.3.3.1 ?
I have successfully installed 5.3.3.1 on empty development folders at balloonsafari.com.
Is there a way to take the FCP site off line or back it up to a separate folder.
Erase all the data from the community players directory, do a fresh install of 5.3.3.1 including new database then move the files from the FCP folder back?
I know this seem to be rambling, but hope you can help.

Well, I thought after a visit with bluehost tech I would be good to go. The did get the 5.3.3.1 upgrade to show up with site pages.
And all the links are there except pages that rely on the photo file manager.
The productions page tree show the various shows, but a click on those links brings up a page with not text or photos.
Anyone know how to reconnect this broken puzzle.? I would really hate to have to resort to going back to my backup 5.3.2

I have created development folders at the balloonsafari.com domain and installed 5.3.3.1 and it seem to be operating properly with the work I have done so far. Although, the .1 seems to have lost some of its flexibility with changing the them components.
I also wonder if the fact that I did not upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.3.3 first had anything to do with the 5.3.3.1 crash.
I opened a ticket at BlueHost and requested the site be reset back to DEC6. Hopefully, the site will be available again soon.
Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
