5.4.0 Update

Hi I have upgraded to the above however when I go into my sitemap view then try to navigate to a page it does not click through to it. Is there something I need to add/remove?
Anything I click in the sitemap view brings up an error an idea PLEASE
whats the error?
I downloaded the zip file and unzipped and created a mysql db and then tried to open the site for install and got this error:

Did you set permissions on files and directories as described in the installation instructions (see the Documentation tab at the top of this page)? Are there any messages in the web server error log (e.g., out of disk space, permission denied)? Is safe mode turned off in php.ini?
Thanks everyone I sorted it out it appeared my server was playing up. Reinstalled the concrete file all seems fine now must say the new 5.4.0 is pretty awsome and super fast
