5.4.1 - Page Not Found on "Edit HTML Source" in content block

Very weird- I upgraded to 5.4.1 and now when editing content blocks I'm greeted with a "Page Not Found" screen when i try to switch into HTML mode (see attached images).

I've reinstalled 5.4.1 by downloading the full package and replacing my /concrete/ folder and running the upgrade script again. Same problem.

One of my users sent me a visit of the issues he was having, you can watch what happens from the "Page Not Found" screen:

(jump ahead about a minute into the video)

Any ideas how to fix this?

Quick update, I just noticed that it's trying to pull tinyMCE from the /updates/ directory created when doing the server install.

For instance, clicking the the link button to turn text into a hyperlink tries to load:
http://www.altaprojects.net/updates/concrete5.4.1/concrete/js/tiny_...

rather than pointing at the altaprojects.net/concrete/js/tiny_mce... directory

Any idea why it's trying to reference the Updates folder instead of the concrete folder?

Deleted my /updates/ directory then re-uploaded the whole updates/concrete5.4.1/ directory. Seems to be working now. Bad install.

Still confused why C5 is referencing the /updates/ directory instead of /concrete/ - is this gonna be standard practice from now on/all updates going forward?

some servers get picky with permissions, so its easier to make a new folder and stick the updated files in it,
