5.5.2.1 Upgrade has stopped Composer publishing?

Guys,

My Composer add on has stopped publishing after this upgrade, the Publish Page button just blinks. Save too. Preview send the blog to Drafts.

There is an error msg on the Write page:

Page List
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/sites/suecross.com/public_html/updates/concrete5.5.2.1/concrete/blocks/page_list/view.php on line 11

Has anybody seen this at all please?

It should probably be noted that this is a follow-up for this one:

So that people won't be doing duplicate work suggesting same things that was suggested there.
