5.6.0.1 and 5.6.0.2 json.php missing

Not sure if I broke something but both times after installing updates(with the auto tool) the /models/json.php is missing. Everything works fine after a little copy and paste from the old to the new.
I want to make sure something isn't wrong with my install since it happened twice now.

This is not an issue with concrete5, this is an issue with the tweetecrete block, in the block there are 2 files that have Loader::model('json'); in them, that file has never existed and used to fail silently, it no longer fails silently.
Thanks! ... I deleted the add-on and have no issues
