5.6.0.2 where did site.php go, or how do I apply white label option now?

Hi,
I could not find any related posts so I am starting my own.
I just started a new installation of the new C5 - 5.6.0.2 and to my surprise there is no site.php under the config folder, I have several sites with modifications to this file specially to remove the annoying News/Welcome screen (not white label).
I would appreciate if anyone can give me hand and show me where to make this mods now.
Thank you.

Yes, I downloaded the new 5.6.0.2 yesterday, and unless the file did not download with the package, it was not there; However, the installation is working without any problem so assume it had been remove deliberately by the team!
I will re-download the package just in case!

site.php is created upon install, so it won't be in the zipped file.
