Hi

Finally got a upgrade notice saying that 5.6.3.2 was available but after clicking the the update button I got the following..

Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

Now I can't seem to bring up any part of the site at all.

Looking at the site through the cpanel file manager, I can see files and folders, also the error log doesn't list any problems.

I'm really worried about how I can get the site back because there have been no backups in awhile.

Plus, I'm now really hesitant to upgrade other sites.

Anyone else have this problem & do you have any tips to help restore the site?
