Just trying to deploy 5.7.5.8 on a development site. The installer seems to go through the motions of working (but way too quickly) then ends with "Congratulations. concrete5 has been installed. You have been logged in as admin with the password you chose. If you wish to change this password, you may do so from the users area of the dashboard." and a continue button. Press continue, and it just refreshes back to this screen.

If I look at the database, there weren't any tables created.

What am I missing here? Is there a log I can look at somewhere, as it doesn't seem to be saying much of interest in the apache logs?
