5.7.5.8 to latest no dashboard

Hi,
My host just updated PHP to version 7.2 (I think). This has rendered my concrete5 install useless. Since I can't even get to the control panel, I cannot use the upgrade feature. I was last on version 5.7.5.8; I did manage to download all the files and export the MySQL database. I am wondering if there is any easy way to take those files and port them manually to a few install of Concrete5 version 8. I am comfortable in a terminal and editing files but not as a full-blown web admin. I am also restricted by the fact that I cannot use a custom PHP version; otherwise, I think I'd be able to manage a Concrete5 update on my own in order to be compatible with the newest config of the shared server I am on. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Doug

Update the site to 8.5.2, run some clean up tasks, zip up the files, export the database and load the new files and database to your hosts server.
