8.4.4 upgrade to 8.5.0

I updgraded, had issues, then restored to my 8.4.4 backup. Now I am getting the following error: mkdir(): File exists
I have no idea where this is coming from, I can't login, view another page, nada. Has anyone ever had this error? No matter which backup I go to, this page is always showing.
