A page that was working fine suddenly gives a 403 error. I have pretty urls enabled and all oher pages work (and permissions are uniform throughout).

This gives to 403:
http://hostname.com/retreats/

If I channge the url to:
http://hostname.com/Retreats [note capital R]
it rewrites it to this url which works:
http://hostname.com/index.php/retreats/...

This also works:
http://hostname.com/index.php?cID=51...

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Do you have an actual directory in your site called retreats? Meaning, a directory within the file structure (at the root).

Yup, that was it. Not sure why it did work at one point but I got rid of that old directory in the stem and all is good.

Thanks to both of you for your help.
