add-on purchased but not showing up as available for installation

I just purchased Superfish Drop Down menu (my account shows the purchase went through) but it is not showing up as being currently installed and I see no way to download it.

Thanks for the link, but that just allows me to download it to my desktop. I want it to show up on my dashboard like it has when I've created other sites.
upload to root/packages
Make sure you are logged into the market place via the concrete installation? Just a guess.
