Add-on upgrade error

Hi
I've recently updated C5 to the latest version. Now when I go to update my add-on, it shows the below error.
After that it automatically removes the files and folders from the packages directory. But still the add-on are listed there in the dashboard page with the default C5 icon.
What is the problem there? Could anyone please tell me.
