Add-ons nor themes can be installed

Since C5 was updated, I can't install themes nor add-ons from the dashboard. How can I fix this issue?
It always says:

Warning: fopen(/var/www/vhosts/educabitatsur.com/httpdocs/files/tmp/1333183708.zip) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/educabitatsur.com/httpdocs/updates/concrete5.5.1/concrete/libraries/marketplace.php on line 98

The package could not be installed:
Concrete was not able to save the package after download.

To install the package manually:
Download the package from here.
Upload and unpack the package on your web server. Place the unpacked files in the packages directory of the root of your concrete5 installation.
Go to the Add Functionality page in your concrete5 Dashboard.
Click the Install button next to the package name.

""Make sure your directory has read, write, and maybe execute privledges for your server. i'm sure if you did a recursive chmod 777 on this directory then it would clear up.""

Taken from another thread in which this worked. The problem is extremely similar, and if you do not know how to perform the above just ask your hosting techs very nicely to do it for you.
