Adding Alias for Hosted Subdomain

Hi,

We currently have the subdomain:

coaching.squaretwo.co.uk

hosted by C5, with a simple landing page athttp://www.squaretwo.co.uk that does a redirect.

Is it possible for the currently hosted site to treat references to the "www" subdomain identically to the "coaching" subdomain?

I tried amending the CNAME / adding an ANAME record to point "www" at the IP address we've been given but I get a permissions error.
