Adding content via scrapbook section issue

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has encountered the following issue? It may just be me so I'm not prepared call it a C5 error as yet.
When I go into Scrapbook, I create a new Scrapbook, click on add block, select Image Block, select Choose and when in the File Manager, I attempt to upload a new file.
I hit upload and when it comes back to the Scrapbook area, I tell C5 to add the image block. At this point, while trying to load I get a firefox message telling me to confirm and that by hitting resend, the process will be repeated.
Once I hit resend, I am left with two scrapbook entries (duplicated).
If I add the file first via the file manager and then add the block through scrapbook, it works fine, it only seems to occur when I am uploading an image via the scrapbook process.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, I can get around the issue by deleting the duplicate file from file manager or from scrapbook but it is a little annoying.
