I installed C5 on my site in fatcow.com thru Simple Scripts. I can't get logged in with the information in my email or on the Simple Scripts list at fatcow. Details: C5 was successfully installed onhttp://findasolutionthatworks.com... through Simple Scripts on fatcow. I got an email with login info. When I login with it, I go tohttp://gettherightwriter.com on the web. This is my main site on fatcow. If I use the login link in the email, the same thing happens. I have uninstalled and re-installed it twice, cleaning cache and cookies both times - using Firefox.

Sorry I am not up on what Fatcow offer but am I right in thinking you want to get in to the C5 dashboard for findasolutionthatworks?
If so I think this may be the right link for you.

The is definitely a C5 login screen there.

It definitely did!! Thanks. I also got my host to figure out what was going on with the weird addresses and it's all fixed. Thanks so much
