You get free support with paid addons. Go to the marketplace page for this addon and click the "Support" link in the sidebar.

Off the top of my head, though, I've run into this problem with other addons when I download the package and take the block out of the package folder and put that in my blocks folder -- instead, you need to put the whole addon folder into your site's "packages" directory.
