After installation, no top bar appears and user management is not working.

Hi!
I've just installed concrete5. During the installation, I only had to change the permissions to a .py file, and everything seemed to be fine.
After the installation process, I've been signed in as admin, but there was no top bar to edit the pre-installed page!
When I type the address ...mysite.../index.php/dashboard to get in to dashboard, the login&password form appears again, and the dashboard appears as normal, but...
...when I try to change my account (users and groups), there's again the login&password form, and nothing happens; I log in and the previous page appears again.
So, now, I cannot change my account, or edit a page, or do anything useful.
I kinda liked concrete5, but I'd like something like a message to tell me what's wrong.
Any ideas?

Another strange thing is that when logged in (as admin), in dashboard:
User Groups > Find users > (check on -only 1 user- admin) > With selected > Edit properties

there's a dialog box saying "Access Denied"

It seems that when I log in, in most cases the system forgets about it.

It may be a bug in concrete5 when operating on a server with cache?

Any ideas will be much appreciated :D
