Some questions first.

1. What version of C5 are you using?
2. When they moved the site to the new hosting environment did they update the database.php file correctly?
3. Did you manually clear the site catch?
4. Did the site work on the old hosting correctly?

1) Version: 5.6.3.1
2) I don’t know whether they uploaded db correctly
3) I didn’t clear cache, because I can’t log to the back-end. It loads a blank page
4) Yes. Site worked correctly in old hosting

I would start with making sure the file structure is exactly the same on both servers. Then make sure the DB was successfully upload to the site. See if the database connections credentials are correct. You can manually clear the site cache by going to applications/ files/cache and deleting everything in that folder. ( However, I think its in a different file location on 5.6 sites )

I cleared the cache. but still loading a blank page

Take a look at your database.php file and make sure nothing looks weird in there. Also look at our htaccess file and see if anything looks strange in there.
