I have completed the install process for Concrete5 and installed the site with sample content. I can create users, but as the admin user (or any other user even with admin rights) if I click the Add Page button on the site's toolbar, I get an Access Denied message in a bar that drops down.

Also, if I choose the "Edit Page" the toolbar disappears and nothing appears to happen. The website is still available but functions as if I'm not logged in.

Any ideas on what's wrong. Searching the forums turned up nothing like this.
