I just upgraded from 5.4.1 to 5.4.1.1 via uploading the new /concrete directory in place of the old, uploaded a custom block, and now im getting
An unexpected error occurred.
Invalid task permission.
whenever I go to add functionality. I've deleted the block from /packages, but that didn't work, not sure what to do to fix the error.
