An Unexpected Error occurred while upgrading: No block found with the handle autonav.

Tried uploading from 5.3.2 to 5.4.2.2 and i get this message.
Now my dashboard isn't functioning correctly, and when i go back to my old "concrete" folder on the ftp nothing works.
Any ideas?
