An unexpected error occurred.
Class 'voku\helper\UTF8' not found

I get this error message when installed Concrete5 8.2.1

anyone know that the problem is?

Hi BlackhatEspeed,

I would check to see if enabling the "mbstring" PHP extension resolves this.
