An unexpected error occurred

Logged into the dashboard. When we click on "system & maintenance" we receive the following error. The rest of the site works flawlessly.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

I must also add that this site was copied from Godaddy hosting as we experienced tons of issues with them. The database was extremely slow.. if it even connected. Has anyone run into the issue where the"system & maintenance" tab results in the "An unexpected error occured" warning?
never seen that, is the site upgrade or clean?
if its clean download the same version you have installed and overwrite the /concrete folder
if its an upgrade overwrite the /concrete folder in the /updates folder corresponding to your install

This is a clean version that was moved to another host. It was never updated version 5.4.1.1
Making a complete backup and then I will perform your suggestions for a clean install and update the results here.

Hi well after copying over the /concrete directory....I am still in the same boat...
The error is Error: Invalid Jobs Directory /home/client_site/public_html/site/jobs
Would there be any damage done copying over the /jobs directory?

Nope... it's empty...in fact it wasn't even there...
I found the issue... The client went in and deleted the /jobs directory thinking since he did not have any jobs he was working right now he did not need the folder on the site. I asked him to stay out of the site folders... :)
