Anyone have experience installing on ReliableSite.net?

PHP/MySQL newbie here so please bear with me. I'm using Reliablesite and am having some trouble configuring the C5 dashboard, particularly the Server field.
I was wondering if anyone has used C5 with Reliablesite and could tell me where I could find the server name. I'm on the DotNetPanel. I created a database and I created a username. When I click "Install Concrete," I get this: "Unable to connect to database."

Try 'localhost' first, 90% chance that will be it. If it doesn't work, I'd ask their support.

Take a look in the knowledge base at the link below. Localhost will not work.
