So, here's the deal. I am relatively computer literate. I have built two sites from templates using C5 and Blue Host. (www.eco-pens.com andhttp://www.bicstic.com)

I would like to upgrade from prior versions 5.3.1.1 and 5.2.1 to the 5.3.3 or at least 5.3.2.

This upgrade task has put me beyond by comfort zone in that I'm worried I will lose the site and have to start over...However, I would like to learn how to do it.

Is there anyone our there that would take an hour or so out of their day to walk me through the process on the phone? I am on central time and can be fairly flexible on the time.
