I am very very new to linux servers as I have always used shared services, however I found that with Concrete this was not enough flexibility to run it effectively. I therefore dived in and got a VPS server from MT. I have 2 domains on it and I followed some instructions I found on this site to install APC. I also went ahead and added the apc cache line to the site.php file and every seemed fine.

However, I tried to activate pretty urls and from that time onward I realized that the two sites seemed to corrupt each other. If i clear the cache on one site it worked fine but then viewing the next site would show the name in the title etc of the other site but keep the themed template, there would be no content. I have subsequently removed pretty urls but the problem persist. I am not sure whether the problem is with the server, c5 or apc although clearing the cache does work for a short period of time.

Please help!!
