Assistance for a Noob Needed

I didn't know whether to place this here or in Editing. If this is misplaced, please let me know for future reference.
Have concrete installed, V.8, and Supermint theme on top of it. All was fine and dandy until I got into the Settings (right hand side panel). Supermint has "on top of" options for RTF and I selected everything without getting a screen shot prior to saving (Stupid move, lesson learned).
Now when I try to add a Content Block it acts like it wants to execute the RTF popup but never actually does. Although the block generates and is writable. Just can't "do" anything. No saving, no RTF box for entry - direct text entry only.
What I need to know is what are the default check boxes when you have a clean install? Perhaps if I deselect everything but default options it will right itself If not, I will be back on here pleading for your assistance in rectifying this situation another way.
I've limited skills (not a "Beginner" but no where near "Intermediate" - know enough to get myself into a pickle on a regular basis) so if it goes this far, responses will have to be "dumbed down" somewhat from the usual developer jargon.

This would be a better question in the Support area for the Supermint theme, because this is a paid theme only people who have purchased it (or the developer) will be able to assist you.
I guess I was unclear in my question. I was talking about the Concrete5 platform itself (right hand side bar) as if there were no theme installed. The theme itself just added "additional" selection options on top of C5 for output.
It's okay though, I took a shot in the dark and deselected everything, saved, and voila. All the default C5 RTF selections took effect and everything is back working as it should.
Now I'm gonna do what I should have done in the first place. Take a screen shot and then select the additional options one by one and see what they do and how they appear in the RFT interface.
