Associated add-on not showing up on Add Functionality page

I have associated a recently purchased add-on with my website. It's showing correctly associated on the Project page at Concrete5. But it is not showing in the Awaiting Installation list in my Dashboard.

Any ideas?

Remove the association from your website and go to 'licenses', find your addon and download the addon to your PC.
Extract the zip file and put the extracted addon files and folders into your root/packages/ folder (assuming it is a package).
Login to your site and you should see it is now ready to install.
