Auto delete page blocks

Is it possible to delete a block from a page when it reaches a certain age,
I have a page that holds certain areas that are populated with content created from a custom block (which was created from the designer content addon),
I would like to be able to delete these from the page automatically when they are 30 days old (as an example),
I know it can be done with pages, but can it be done with blocks or content?

Advanced Permissions should be able to do this for you at a block level.
If you had a block that could be viewed by Guest until a certain time/date then time it to switch to Administrator view only.
Probably a more elegant way of doing it but hopefully you get the idea.
