The News page says:

CONCRETE5 UPDATE The latest version of concrete5 is 5.5.2.1. You are currently running concrete5 version 5.5.0. Learn more and update.
Clicking "Learn more and update" gives a "Page Not Found."
I have the 5.5.1 and the 5.5.2.1 version concrete folders sitting in the root update folder. But when I got to the update concrete page there is no indication that it recognizes them being there. I have no way to update right now. What do I do?
