Auto-Scaling Concrete5 on Amazon EC2

Hi,
Do you have any experience with auto-scaling Concrete5 on Amazon EC2 servers ?
I'd like to have one medium/big MySQL server
+ multiple apache/php servers depending on the activity (= auto-scaling)
Concerning filesystem, what should be shared between all servers with Amazon S3 ?
