Big problems when installing Concrete5 (Version 5.7.0.4)

Hello Concrete5 Community,
i really want to install and try concrete5,
however i CANT do the installation (i previously installed Joomla! and Drupal Successfully)
i have problems with Concrete5 in the "adding the admin user"
i have shell account in my host, let me explain how i installed it ! (Version 5.7.0.4) :

-i used the wget command to download the concrete5 data.
-then i used the "unzip" to unzip the archive.
-then i moved the concrete5 contents to website root (it was inside the concrete5.7.0.4 folder).
-i created database and setted it up properly, but i get these errors :
