I developed my site locally and just migrated it to my server. Everything went fairly smoothly except now my blog_entry pages are no longer showing blog footer, blog header etc. It just has normal add to main. The blog index page will pull in the blog posts and show the titles and dates of the posts but when you click read more it takes you to a blank page. I have followed this guidehttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/editors/manually-set... which worked great the first time but now I can't even get past step 2 because I can't add to blog header because there isn't one. I was going to add a new blog_entry page but I am really getting loaded down with un-needed pages and I have yet to find a way to delete them without getting an error or warning. Any help would be appreciated.
