bought app for wrong site?

Maybe some kind soul would help me out here. I have my own site which I built with C5 and despite total coding ignorance runs p.d. well.
So--I voluntered to build another site for some friends/partners in a certain project. I bought 2 apps today--one for my site and one for the second site. But, I think that however I entered the marketplace, it was through the first site and both are waiting there to be installed. So...I need to know how to install the one app on the different site. Or do I have to return it and buy again or some such?
site 1= tragic-death.com
site 2 (barely built)= ensembletehilim.com

thanks,
Naftali

Well the good news is you don't have to worry.

On the project page of your user account (the account where you didn't purchase the add-ons) simply assign the user account in which you purchased the add-ons with.

Then you can login to the other account and assign the add-ons to that project.

Simple as that.

Thanks--but excuse my ignorance, I didn't exactly follow you. I created the same user that I have for site 1 for site 2, so that I can now log in with same user id in each site. OK. But now what do I do?

Sorry I was thinking you signed up as two different users.

In this case its just a means of un-assigning and assigning licenses to your projects (websites).

Just to help... if you haven't assigned licenses through the project pages yet, follow this path: Log in to C5 - Click "My Account" (top left side of C5 site)- select "Projects" from right sidebar - select the site you need to work on - scroll to bottom of page - select "Associate" button to choose what license to assign.
(** as ThemeGuru mentioned, you can remove a license from a site the same way so it can be used on different one if you assigned it wrong)

Log into your site - go to dashboard - select "Add Functionality" - upload Add-on - then activate Add-on.

Hope this helps :)
