Brand new to Concrete5...having troubles installing

I am having trouble installing concrete5 for my first time.
This is the message I get when trying to install:
"Unable to open config/site.php for writing."
Any thoughts?

Maybe the write permissions for that file or the config directory is not set. That would be my guess.
Ideally, through cPanel, you'll want to set the permissions on the following folders -- Files, Config and Packages -- so that Apache can write to them.
If your web host has configured Apache optimally for C5, you can set permissions on those folders to 755.
