Browser tab name

Why does my browser's tab name state Concrete::Home and how do I correct this?

Dashboard > system and Settings > Bulk SEO updater.

or you can adjust them on a page by page basis through the edit dialogue...

First Dashboard > System and Settings > Bulk SEO updater to remove and update Meta Title per page
Second update Dashboard > Basics > Site Name.
