C5 Install on Media Temple

I'm at a loss as to what is going on. I'm trying to install concrete5 onto a Media Temple standard web hosting account and it keeps giving me a message like this...

If I refresh the page, it will go through an install create all the tables in the database, but obviously something is wrong with it because I end up at a page like this...

I have no way of getting into the dashboard or anything. This isn't my first rodeo for installing C5, but it is the first time I've attempted to install it on Media Temple. I have made sure write permissions are given to the files and config directories as well as set the database up. Also all test pass on the splash screen that comes up before the form page during the install process.
Also I have tried to install an older version, but didn't work out either.
