Hi,

I finally got C5 installed on PacificHost using Softaculous.

& I have linked my site to the fab community.

I just tried to install a theme and I got this error code.

Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file /home/unlockin/public_html/files/tmp/index.html because Permission denied in /home/unlockin/public_html/concrete/helpers/file.php on line 135

Warning: fopen(/home/unlockin/public_html/files/tmp/1312481664.zip) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/unlockin/public_html/concrete/libraries/marketplace.php on line 88

The package could not be installed:

What do I need to do?

Looks like you install can't access the packages folder. Check the file permissions on your packages folder under the root of your C5 install. You might need to set it to at least 755 if it's not already. If that doesn't work try 777 but that leave it accessible by anyone and you should change the permissions back after the theme is installed.

You should be able to change the permissions of folders either in your hosts "control panel" or within an ftp client.

Check permissions on your /files folder and the folders under it as well. 755 them if not.
