C5 Installer

Are there currently any ways of integrating something to do a quick install of C5. Like softaculous for Wordpress that's built into cpanel? Just curious, since I'm constantly downloading and installing C5 manually. Thanks!

you can install via commandline...

I really just want something that makes the process quicker. When I download and then upload to the server, it takes forever (I use Filezilla).

If you have ssh access, you can use wget to get the install package directly from C5 to your server. Then unzip and run. No PC intermediary necessary.

Oh cool, I'll try that next time. Very minimal SSH experience, but always welcoming more experience. Thanks!

if you have access then you could just put all of your Concrete5 files in the skeleton directory (/root/cpanel3-skel/public_html/ in my setup). Then every time you create an account in WHM the files are copied over automagically.

You still have to create a db and install etc but you don't have to constantly upload all the files...
