c5 is not recognizing new custom block types..

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Following this example:

I see nothing in the New are of the "Add Functionality" section in the dashboard. I am connected to the marketplace -- does that make a difference?

I'm sure this is simple -- I'm just overlooking it.

Hi there,

I am not able to add to my site today "anything" like youtube only script..is there a problem today that was not there yesterday? Can anyone help?

Michael ... you might want to post a new topic with some specifics about the issue you're having. I'm sure someone will be able to help if you provide details.

It seems like you're creating your own custom block. Right?
Make sure to triple check all your names (eg controller, db.xml) as there are very strict rules which must be followed to the correctly-cased letter! That tripped me up big-time when I first took a crack at it.

Or, you might just use Jordan Lev's Designer Content block creator as your starting point so you can get to the fun part A LOT faster :-)
