C5 redirecting sitemap.xml to map.xml??

I'm not 100% sure it's Concrete5 doing it, but I tested on a asp.net site and a simple html site and it doesn't happen.
Basically, if I have a sitemap in a C5 site (tested on multiple versions) it will redirect from /sitemap.xml to /map.xml

Here's an example:
http://www.madesimplemedia.co.uk/sitemap.xml...

As you can see it redirects tohttp://www.madesimplemedia.co.uk/map.xml...

Seems like a redirect rule might be getting a bit out of hand here, any ideas? :)

Something amiss in your htaccess file?

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure I'm using it as I'm using a Windows server with IIS rewrite.
Not sure where to start with this :(
