c5hosting Help Ticket System Missing [Resolved - Includes link to ticket system]

Hello,
I am Adam Bech and I am new to the concrete5 community. Thanks in advance to any community members or staff for answering my post. I hope I am posting in the correct forum.
My client purchased the hosting and gave me the login info. I've designed the site and it is ready for launch, but I need help from Concrete5 support to transfer the domain name.
When I click the help button in the dashboard I get the attached pop-up with no option to enter the ticket system.
Does this having anything to do with connecting with the community? I connected their site with my user account here. Was this the correct thing to do? My client has no community account, as I haven't made one for them.
Please help, I need access to support and I want to be able to tell my future clients about the quality of support concrete5 offers.
