Can I install Concrete5 on an Asp.net server?

I have a client who needs a website upgrade and I'm offering him Concrete5. Now I just realized that his current website is running under
Server-side Programming Language:
ASP.NET

Does Concrete5 support this, since it is written in .php?

Concrete5 does not use ASP.NET, but it will run on a IIS6 or IIS7 web server if it has been set up with PHP and MySQL.

Thanks for the answer!

I'm not sure what does IIS6 and IIS7 mean,
but my client has a server that supports only ASP.NET and can not change the servers, because of business connections with the server provider.
But the server guys apparently told the client that it is possible to convert .php language to asp.net.
How?

Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

So any suggestions about ASP.NET?
Or is this a hopeless case?

You can ask them to install php and MySQL on your windows server. It won't break anything. If they don't want to mess with IIS (which is the server software providing web content), you can run both Apache (another webserver) and IIS on the same machine simultaneously, but that takes some tweaking (that is what I do).

It sounds though as if it would be easier for you to go for a hosted solution.
